Editorial Policy
The sourcing, review, translation, correction, and advertising standards used by AnyWeather.

Meet the editorial team and review its responsibilities and limits
Purpose and independence
AnyWeather is an independent weather information service. We are not a national meteorological authority and do not imply endorsement by data providers, government agencies, or brands mentioned on the site.
Sources
Explanatory and health-related content should use primary or authoritative sources such as national meteorological agencies, the World Meteorological Organization, the World Health Organization, or public environmental agencies. Data providers are identified separately from editorial conclusions.
Authorship and review
Articles credited to the AnyWeather Editorial Team are researched and maintained by the site team. A team credit is not a claim of professional meteorologist or medical credentials. Health guidance is general information and should be checked against the linked public-health source before publication.
Translations
English, Spanish, and Chinese versions are reviewed for meaning rather than published as unchecked word-for-word machine translations. If a translated page cannot be maintained to the same standard, it should not be indexed until reviewed.
Updates and corrections
Weather readings update separately from editorial text. Material changes to an article should update its review date. Report factual, source, calculation, or translation errors to [email protected] with a page URL and supporting evidence.
Advertising separation
Advertising does not determine editorial conclusions. Ads, if enabled, must be visually distinguishable from navigation and content. Low-content, empty-state, search, and utility screens are not intended to carry ads.
